Sharlayne Jackson-Prevost is the Vice President of Human Resources, Contracts and Legal at nsoro, LLC. She is responsible for the organizational planning, development, employment, indoctrination and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health and employee services. Additionally, Sharlayne advises nsoro on all legal issues including, but not limited to: aspects of policy questions, legal issues arising in connection with business decisions, risk management, contracts review, ethics questions and conflicts of interest.

As a graduate of Southern University Law Center, her legal experience includes working as an Intern at the Louisiana Supreme Court, clerking with the Orleans Parish Sewerage and Water Board, the Innocence Project of New Orleans and as a Legislative Assistant for Louisiana House of Representatives. Prior to joining nsoro, she served as the Executive Director of a non-profit organization while she maintained a private law practice. She is also an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA), and the Independent Women Organization. (IWO)
